Exterior care

Strip away the miles.

Every hour aloft leaves a mark. We take the airframe back to gloss — panel by panel — and seal it so it lasts.

Why it matters

Oxidation doesn’t arrive overnight. It creeps — a little more exhaust film down the fuselage, a little more chalk in the paint, a belly you stopped looking at. Then you see a photo of the aircraft from three years ago and realize how far it’s drifted. A full exterior detail reverses the drift — then protects against the next round.

By the book

How we do it.

01

Pre-wash inspection

Paint condition assessed and problem areas mapped before a drop of water touches the airframe.

02

Foam & hand wash

Full-airframe foam pre-soak to lift grit, then a careful hand wash, top to bottom.

03

Belly degrease

The oil and exhaust residue that collects underneath — the part nobody else bothers with — removed.

04

Brightwork polish

Metal leading edges and spinners machine-polished back to a mirror.

05

Seal & protect

Paint sealant applied for lasting gloss; de-ice boots dressed, static wicks respected.

The payoff

What you actually get.

01

Protects value

Tired paint reads as a tired airplane at pre-buy. Bright paint reads as a cared-for one. Buyers price the difference.

02

Slows the next round

Sealant gives the paint a barrier against UV, exhaust, and contaminants, so oxidation comes back slower.

03

Looks like day one

The point isn’t clean. The point is the aircraft looking the way it did the day you took delivery.

Questions

Exterior, answered.

How often should I have a full exterior detail done?

For most actively flown aircraft, quarterly keeps the finish ahead of oxidation. We’ll recommend a cadence based on how and where your aircraft is flown and stored.

Will this remove oxidation and swirls?

A detail cleans, polishes, and protects. Heavier oxidation and swirl marks in the clear coat are corrected with our paint correction service — we’ll tell you honestly which yours needs.

Is it safe for de-ice boots and sensitive areas?

Yes. Boots are cleaned and dressed with the correct product to extend their life, and sensitive areas — pitot tubes, static ports, wicks — are protected before anything gets wet.
