Why it matters

Most aircraft live on a cleaning treadmill — wash, dull, wash, dull. Ceramic breaks the cycle. We correct the swirls and oxidation already in the paint, then bond a hard, hydrophobic layer over the top. Bugs and exhaust rinse off easier. UV stops chalking the finish. Two years on, water still beads and sheets off the wing.

By the book

How we do it.

01

Paint assessment

Coating thickness measured and defects mapped under correction lighting, so we know exactly what the paint can take.

02

Decontamination

Washed, clayed, and stripped of old sealants — the coating bonds to bare paint, nothing else.

03

Correction

Multi-stage machine polishing removes swirls and oxidation living in the clear coat.

04

Prep

Every panel wiped to bare, coating-ready — the step that determines how long the coating lasts.

05

Coating

Aviation-grade ceramic applied by hand, panel by panel, in controlled conditions.

06

Cure & document

Inspected, cured, and logged for your aircraft’s records.

The payoff

What you actually get.

01

Less work

Washes get faster and gentler. Contaminants release instead of grinding in, so routine cleaning does less damage over time.

02

Years of protection

A ceramic layer resists UV chalking, exhaust etching, and chemical staining for years, not weeks.

03

Stronger resale

Corrected, coated paint photographs better and inspects better. At pre-buy, presentation moves the number.

Questions

Protection, answered.

How long does a ceramic coating last?

Typically 2–4 years depending on how the aircraft is flown, washed, and stored. We’ll give you a realistic lifespan for your specific situation and a maintenance plan to protect it.

Is my aircraft’s paint a good candidate?

Most are, but not all. Very thin or failing clear coat may need different care. We measure and assess before recommending coating — and we’ll tell you honestly if it isn’t worth it.

Is it worth coating before I sell?

For presentation, almost always. Corrected, coated paint looks dramatically better in listing photos and at inspection, and that impression carries into the offer.
